We ship from Canada and the USA, so your order stays close to home (and gets there fast).

Orders are processed within 1 business day, and standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days. Yep, we’re quick.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Hibby goodies every step of the way.

Shipping Costs?

Shipping is free on all orders within Canada and the USA.

We currently do not ship internationally—but we’re working on it!

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything Hibby. If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to let us know.

To begin a return or exchange, simply email us at care@hibbybaby.com.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our end

Once approved by our team, we’ll send return instructions your way.

♻ Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem!

We’re happy to process exchanges for unopened items in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

We stand by our zips!

If your zipper breaks—ever—we’ll replace it for free. Just reach out to us and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

🛑 Final Sale & Retail Store Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or discounted by 25% or more are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Purchases made through retail stores must be returned or exchanged directly with the retailer

 

✹ A Note on Fabric

Our products made with bamboo are super soft—but natural pilling may occur over time. This is normal and not covered under warranty.

Damage caused by improper washing or abuse is also not covered. Be gentle, and your Hibby fabric will stay happy.
